At SkyHosting, transparency is our top priority. All prices displayed on our website and within the client area are final – there are absolutely no hidden fees, administrative charges, or unexpected taxes. What you see during the checkout process is the exact amount you are expected to pay.
To make managing your services as convenient as possible, we support a variety of payment methods. Please choose the option that best suits your needs:
1. Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer
This payment method is available for both domestic and international clients. Upon placing an order, our system will generate a proforma invoice containing all the necessary payment details.
For Domestic Payments (Serbia): You can pay via E-banking, M-banking, or at any bank/post office counter using the standard account and reference numbers provided on the invoice.
IPS QR Code Scanning (Fast Payment): Every domestic proforma invoice includes an official NBS IPS QR code. By scanning this code through your local Serbian mobile banking application (using the "IPS scan" option), all payment fields – including the exact amount in Serbian Dinars (RSD), reference number, and our bank account – will be automatically populated.
Important Note on Processing Times: While scanning the QR code drastically speeds up the form-filling process, the actual execution follows the regular bank clearing system. Your payment will become visible in our system only after it officially clears our bank account (it is not a system-integrated instant activation).
For International Payments (Foreign Buyers): If you are purchasing from abroad and choose to pay via bank transfer, your proforma invoice will include all the necessary international banking details, including our bank's name, address, IBAN, and SWIFT/BIC code.
Processing Times & SEPA Transfers: International wire transfers generally take longer to process than domestic ones, typically requiring 2 to 5 business days to clear. However, if your payment is processed through the SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) network, the transfer time is usually significantly shorter, often clearing within 1 to 2 business days. As soon as the funds cross into our account, your services will be activated immediately.
2. Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, DinaCard)
If you require your services to be activated instantly, we highly recommend paying via credit or debit card. We support all major local and international cards. The process is handled through a secure, certified payment gateway, and your hosting or domain will be provisioned the exact second the transaction is successfully authorized.
Currency Conversion Disclaimer: Please note that when paying with an international card or a card denominated in a foreign currency, minor variations in the final charged price may occur. This is solely due to bank-specific exchange rates and currency conversion differences applied by your card issuer on the day the payment is processed.
3. PayPal (Exclusively for Non-Residents of the Republic of Serbia)
While PayPal is supported as a payment gateway, it is subject to strict local regulatory requirements:
For Foreign Users Only (Non-Residents): According to the Law on Foreign Exchange Operations of the Republic of Serbia, residents (individuals and companies registered within Serbia) are legally prohibited from conducting domestic trade and payment processing in foreign currencies. Consequently, if your residence or business is based in Serbia, you cannot use PayPal to pay for our services.
If you are a non-resident (living or operating a business abroad), you are welcome to select PayPal for quick, secure checkout in foreign currencies.
