CPU, RAM and SSD space are guaranteed and yours alone, plus 4-16 GB of BURST.

SkyHosting's infrastructure runs on servers in Germany, Finland, France and the Netherlands, so your data stays inside the EU and is covered by GDPR by default - there is no separate international transfer to arrange. Our standard VPS servers are unmanaged: you get full root access and the SolusVM control panel, and you (or your system administrator) handle the operating system, updates and security. If you would rather not do that yourself, managed maintenance is available as a paid add-on - see additional VPS services.
START is enough for one demanding application or a few smaller sites, ADVANCED suits higher traffic and more services, and PRO is for production workloads under constant load. If you are not sure, start smaller - you can upgrade the plan later.
Yes. You increase resources (CPU, RAM, SSD) by moving to a larger plan, with a short server restart and no need to reinstall the operating system.
