Eligibility
The Serbian national domain space has rules per second level - these are RNIDS rules, the same at every accredited registrar.
Companies and individuals, Serbian or foreign. The main Serbian domain and the one most businesses want.
Reserved for natural persons; a company cannot register one. At 6 EUR a year it is the cheapest Serbian domain.
For legal entities. Not available to individuals.
For legal entities, typically associations and non-profits. Not available to individuals.
For legal entities in education. Not available to individuals.
None of the above depends on where you live. Foreign citizens and foreign companies register on the same terms as Serbian ones.
Serbian national domains are registered automatically once payment clears - there is no manual approval step and no paperwork to post.
Card payment runs through Banca Intesa with 3-D Secure, and PayPal is available too. We never see your card number.

The domain name is the address on the Internet at which you will be recognized. The domain name can be connected with the web hosting account where you can set up a website and create e-mail accounts.
A legal entity may register any RS domain other than the domain from the address space .in.rs. That means .rs, .co.rs, .org.rs and .edu.rs are all available to companies.
An individual can register any .rs domain other than the domain from the address space .co.rs, .org.rs, and .edu.rs. In practice that means an individual can register .rs and .in.rs.
Yes. There are no limits. RS domains can be registered by foreign citizens and foreign companies. It does not require that an administrative contact is a person from Serbia, and there is no requirement to have a local address, a local company or a Serbian tax number.

.rs is the country-code top-level domain (ccTLD) of Serbia - the Serbian equivalent of .de for Germany or .fr for France. It is managed by RNIDS, the Serbian national internet domain registry, which also runs the Cyrillic .срб domain. Below .rs there are four second-level spaces: .co.rs for companies, .org.rs for organisations, .edu.rs for education and .in.rs for individuals.
Yes, for all five Serbian national domains - .rs, .co.rs, .org.rs, .edu.rs and .in.rs. Note that the transfer does not extend the domain: it keeps its existing expiry date, and renewal is paid separately when it falls due. For every other extension (.com, .net, .org, foreign ccTLDs, newer gTLDs) the transfer is charged at the registration price and it does add one year.
You have a 30-day grace period after expiry to renew the domain, and this applies to .rs as well as every other extension we offer. After that the domain becomes available for anyone else to register. You can also renew up to 10 years in advance, and you manage renewals, DNS records and contacts yourself from the client area.
